HRPyramid 11.1 Linkage Update for Adapt/CRM for HRPyramid.
As HRPyramid 11.1 (and every release!) loads new menu items or rearranges menus, we have built a method to assure your Passive Tracking works everywhere with those new/changed menus without the need to manually maintain it.
Please log in to find the link for file for PRJ1-305.zip. UnZip this file into your local C:\TEMP then it's a routine Patch Load from there: PCLOAD the project C:\TEMP\PRJ1-305 to your REVISIONS file, and then FLOAD.REVISIONS.
Once loaded, you MUST LOG OFF and BACK ON, as the System Builder Type 5 menus do not 'update' on the fly - they are updated on 'first use' of a session. We tried to find a way around this, and could not. Sorry!!
Once you have signed back on, you will be able to see the new menu options.
For both routines you need to run, the path is:
Customer Relationship Management > Admin >
The first:
Choose Add TimeMon Records for all Menu Options (Step 1) -- Run this routine to update any new routines to have a Time Monitoring entry.
Then, second:
Choose Update Menus with Passive Tracking (Step 2) -- Run this routine to add all the records just built so that new menu options will have 'Passive Time Tracking' Please choose the 'All Modules' option.
Note that on the second routine, if there are settings in your menus that our program cannot 'understand', we log those entries and you will be provided instructions on what we need you to email back to us. We can then make the menu update routine 'smarter' to ensure it will handle all cases from the field, and can advise how to correct your precise issue.
You should run these two processes after any project loads or changes your Menu Options.
